Feel

Hi everyone just a few ideas that might help the shy feel at home.
1. There are no stupid questions. 2. If you don't ask you will not
get an answer. 3. Sometimes the answer is for you to find not the
Elder. Just do the lesson. 4. If you do not read the posts you might
just miss the answer before you ask the question. 5. Elders come
first in all things including being served food, gifting, speaking,
and pretty much everything else. 6. Elders Children Women and the
Disabled are an obligation to be protected by all of the people. We
have a Society for this. It is not an obligation to be taken
lightly. 7. Whether you grind corn, make meals, chop wood, drive a
truck, do art work, study history, make films, sweep floors or any
task; it has a place in the way of things all are important and
where you are this minute is where you are supposed to be. ( I have
a rough time with that one my self of late) 8. Blaming
Grandfather/Creator/God/Goddess for the free will acts of twoleggeds
does not count. He/She gave us the tools, it is in how we use them
that we become who we are. (the world of twoleggeds are lucky for
this that the being(s)of infinite patience watch over us. You won't
see a rabbit kill a moose over five dollars). 9. Last aside? You
think that is silly look at the world around you and see it through
those eyes. 10. You think Elders, Story Tellers, "Medicine People"
are your only teachers? There are few people in my life that have
taught me lessons that I did not care for and would have given
anything to not learn. They are teachers too. They taught me who I
did not want to be. They also taught me that becoming them to solve
a problem is not worth becoming them. My best teachers? The people I
love and that love me. 11. How many of you have a personal pipe?
Smudge bowl? Way of cleansing? 12. Do you have a prayer bundle? 13.
Sacred space? 14. Did You smile at anyone today that you did not
know? 15. Did you think of any teachers that taught you something
that gave you joy and memories? An inheritance so to speak? A legacy
of honor, truth, compassion, and most of all love? Prayers for the
counting everyday. Start to remember from very young. Share these
positive things with all of us. You have no idea whose day you may
change. 16. What is your favorite thing to do when work or family do
not call you, it is not prayer time but it is your time. Do you have
that time? For me it is footy PJ's, a warm blanket, listening to the
rain or watching it snow. Or anything lavender. The smell of horses.
My face in Bear Fur. 17. How has your dreamtime been of late? Be
honest. 18. If you have noticed a change in your pain
sensitivity.... has this happened recently? If you are on medication
does it work as well as it did? 19. When you think back five years,
how does the world seem different to you now? 20. What do you look
forward to this spring? 21. What are your hobbies? 22. Favorite
food. 23. Favorite Music? 24. Pets? Favorite Spirit Guides as animal
relations that you feel close to? 25. Books? 26. Do you fiddle,
flute or drum? Do you have either? Do you play or drum? 27. Did you
even get this far in the questions before you hit delete? 28. If you
did not hit delete then pick one or more and answer and share with
the group. There is something here for everyone. With love to All in
the Group, I am looking forward to some interesting answers. Many
Blessings,
